Green Machine- Current Motor’s Maxi Scooter custom ‘skin’

Perspective Turning A Green Leafsz

I’m pretty selective on getting involved in design contests, because the odds are generally not that great of winning and you work up front for free.  On the flip side, when you try to win over a new account or client you put in time and effort creating concepts to show them how happy they could be with you doing their creative work – so, it depends on the situation.

Current Motor based in Michigan (so am I eh!), is one of those situations.  I like what they’re doing, and their location within the state.  They have created a high performance scooter capable of 65+ miles an hour (distance of 50 miles before re-charge).  Lot’s of features, check it out for yourself > Current Motor.

The design contest has a Earth Day theme, so I created some custom made leaf brushes from photos I had taken in the fall, and layered them on in Photoshop over the 3 templates they provided for the design competition.  Below are some quick images of the project- you can view my entry at this link (Talenthouse).
